"I absolutely recommend Adrian and his crew from Premium Drainage & Erosion Solutions. Adrian provided a fair and thorough quote. He took time to answer my questions. The work was scheduled as we requested and he and his crew showed up at the scheduled day and time. He estimated two days to complete the work--and the work was completed in those two days. He and his crew were careful in working at the site (private home). They installed an underground drain pipe and catch basins to address stormwater drain issues during major rains. They were careful to ensure that the pipe inclined lower until it daylighted--they used a level to check and verify this. They reinstalled brickwork that they had first removed and did a great job. Adrian was very knowledgeable and took time to answer my several questions before the job and during the two days working on the project."

"They are the very BEST in the business. I have hired them for four jobs. In June 2022 they removed a very heavy upright piano, full size pool table and many other Estate Items. They were fast and efficient beyond belief. We had a tornado touch down on the property destroying 42 trees, fences, and a shed. They came out after the trees were removed and took down the fences and removed the crushed shed and its contents. Words cannot express how grateful I was for having such dedicated people working so hard to restore the property. I highly recommend Billy Goat Junk Removal. You won't be sorry!"

"Two level deck needed minor surface rot repair, power washing, and staining. Flores Enterprises LLC quoted and completed the work in the same business week. Attention to detail on staining is excellent. Provided photos of repairs and completed work and kept me informed on any issues which arose. Would definitely hire again."

"I had two known dead trees that had to be removed for safety. Julio came out evaluated the trees and my overall proeprty. He found other dead trees, problem trees (large hollows and signs of other issues). He quoted a very reassonable price and was able to start rightaway. the trees were all dropped and the property cleaned up within a day."

Concrete Disposal questions, answered by experts

Never put glass in the garbage disposal. It can damage your disposal or eject shards of glass out of the disposal and cause injury. If you get broken glass in your garbage disposal, turn it off and cut the power from the breaker, use a tool like pliers or tongs to remove the glass, and use a wet-dry vacuum to remove the remaining glass pieces. If you can’t access the disposal safely, call a garbage disposal repair pro.

Soil is just one of the items you shouldn't put down a garbage disposal. Garbage disposals are only meant for soft, non-fibrous foods. Large amounts of topsoil, dirt, or rocks will damage the blades of your garbage disposal or clog the pipes. If a small amount of dirt goes down the drain as you repot a plant, you shouldn't have to worry, but never dump a whole pot of soil in the sink for fast disposal.

Your garbage disposal is not draining because it might have a clog due to food waste, a foreign object, grease, oil, fat, or it may have a broken motor. When water doesn't flush out of the disposal, that's a key sign that your disposal has a clog or needs repair.

Your garbage disposal will only affect the health of your septic tank if you’re using it too frequently, or filling it with organic waste that doesn’t fully break down. If the tank fills up with too many solids, the bacteria won’t have enough time to consume it before more is added, which can lead to an overflow in the drain field. Your tank will need to be pumped more frequently with excessive or improper garbage disposal use.

The most common garbage disposal size in the U.S. is 1/2 horsepower. This size is ideal for households with three or fewer people or those that don't produce much food waste. Although 1/2 horsepower can't handle the typical food waste load for a household of four (which is about 250 pounds of food waste annually) as effectively as 3/4 horsepower, it remains the most common size of garbage disposal on the market.
