"I had the dryer vent inspected and thank goodness I did! It was not hooked up properly at all and so Mr. Parnell cleaned, repaired, and tested it. Then I asked him to do a quick check on our 2 HVAC systems. They both had mold. I'm familiar with this from our house in Florida and was not surprised to find it here too with the weather we've had (so much rain the last year or two). For a very fair price, he cleaned both systems and will be returning in a week to install a U.V. light. I was pleased that the price was comparable to what I'd paid in Florida - usually, everything costs so much more here in Northern VA. We will be using this company for some other needed tasks."

"There was a snag at the beginning when they realized, after beginning to dig, that the AC unit was on top of the oil tank and they'd have to call someone in to move it before digging could continue. That delayed things a few days, but thereafter they did a good job of digging and were very careful with our trees. They also took care not to ruin the lawn with the machinery. The new tank and heater were quickly put in the basement with no problems."
