Over 12 years experience in construction and handyman services. Carpentry, tile, wood floors, sheds, playground, treehouse, deck's, sidewalks, sump pumps, fence, pergola, siding, porch, stairs, painting, landscaping, woodworking, cabinetry, framing, drywall, windows, doors, and more.

"If I could give zero stars I would! We had the most HORRIBLE experience with Christan/Nighthawk!!! We had a 3 phase home addition that was to be done in 6 months. It took 11 months and he only made it thru phase 2. He took our money then proceeded to only show up once a week for most of the project!! He left our roof off - exposing our home to extensive damage that he ignored - for 3 MONTHS!!!! He claimed we were a priority project to him and yet never showed up. And to add insult to injury the work he did was AWFUL! Framing was left exposed to the elements so long it grew mold (that we had to treat on our own dime) and the inside framing was so wrong that we had to rip it down and fix on our own. Beware of a sheep in wolfs clothing. Christian talks a good game and you'll believe he is a good guy/business man but he did us sooooo wrong!!! All I can say is do not make the same mistake we did - go with someone else!!!!"

We have tried to cancel the contract with Total Remodeling Systems, and they have been completely unresponsive. We have sent 3 letters, 4 emails, and left half a dozen messages. We cannot get anyone to acknowledge that we want to cancel the contract, and we cannot get anyone to provide us with information about a refund (or partial refund) of our 20% deposit. We have been trying for 6 MONTHS to get a response. NOTHING!!!"

"We ordered a custom shed and put down a deposit. Three months later had to call the county to find out that our building permit was never submitted. After several unreturned phone calls and emails, we were told that our file was mixed up with someone else’s and they never submitted the permit paperwork. Finally received our permit and waiting on concrete install. We were told they forgot that they were supposed to arrange the concrete which resulted in more delays. We finally cancelled. This company is the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with."
