"Julio and his crew were the epitome of professional service. I cannot emphasize how thorough, punctual and knowledgeable they, collectively, know their artisan talents. I needed to have part of a brick wall that had collapsed replaced with new. Julio carefully examined the other remaining brick wall, and pointed out several cracks ( due to groundhogs burrowing from underneath, further weakening the structure overall) . As Julio pointed this out to me , I agreed that it was only a matter of time before the rest of the wall would fail. I decided to have half of the wall replaced with stone block . As my budget allows, I will definitely have the remaining brick wall replaced with the new stone wall. Since I had a positive reaction with Julio and his team, we discussed other projects that I knew needed attention. I inherited a 200+ year old house with my eventual desire to sell in the next year. It is my observation through Julio that I bit the bullet and trusted him and his crew to repair stucco, reinforce the home’s foundation, replace screens on an enclosed deck porch, replace outdoor turf, repoint the mortar on the brick façade of the house and the brick front porch and walkway. "Foundation repair completed with no clean up on my part. I watched as Jamie Castillo and Osman Ochoa cleaned the concrete wall of 53 years of paint and stucco wall design. First closing off all avenues of dust escape, then grinding and chipping 11 paths 12 inches wide and then applying straps to the still and through to the concrete floor. That wall isn't going anywhere. all cracks filled with concrete epoxies. The consulting engineer and then an inspector arrived noted the great quality of work provided by Jamie and Osman. Before I signed anything off I walked through and swiped around for dust particles. No concrete dust nor debris on any of the furniture nor bookcases sitting just 10 feet away from where they were working. The floor that I saw which had about 100 lbs of stucco, concrete paint and debris earlier, looked like it had just been washed. Impressive on time show, impressive to watch those two professionals Jamie and Osman to work together, impressive clean up. I'd hire these guys again. While I was at first shocked at the pricing, seeing what these guys did I can understand the cost."

"Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house."

"Steve Norfolk and his crew dug down to the footing and applied the waterproof material a section at a time.  The original plan was to dig the entire area first and then apply the waterproof material all at the same time.  However daily torrential rains turned the area into a sea of mud, so he decided to do it a section at a time to minimize problems associated with the rain.  He had to break up a concrete slab (porch) for 1/2 the front, and approximately 25 feet of driveway next to the house.  Progress was slow due to the rain and mud, but Steve steadfastly pursued the completion of the job despite the setbacks.  Although justifiably discouraged by the rain and lack of progress, he exhibited a positive "can do" attitude and kept at it.  The finished product was professionally done.  Backfill and all concrete were properly completed, and grass seed applied.  Steve is a conscientious professional who knows his business and can be relied upon to do the work he says he will accomplish.  I would use him again in a heartbeat.
