"Ryan and the team at Delightful Gardens was fantastic. We got a few quotes/designs for a backyard project (tearing down an old deck and trying to do something with an area where grass would not grow). Ryan easily came up with the best design, and the price was very reasonable. Once the actually work started, things went very smoothly, and Ryan kept us up to date along the way of any delays (weather for example). We fell in love with his design for our area, and the finished job exceeded even what we imagined. The crew doing the actual install were very friendly, and cleaned up nicely after each day. Everything we experienced with Delightful Gardens is the exact opposite of every other contractor we have worked with. Such a pleasant experience all around. You can't go wrong with these guys. If you wish to break up a cracked or broken paver for removal, you can use a hammer or mallet and a chisel to fragment the paver. As you’re working, be careful not to disturb surrounding pavers; the key is to work slowly and steadily and remove the broken pieces gently. You should also wear a mask and goggles to ensure that no dust gets into your eyes, nose, or mouth as you work.

About 6 inches between the edges of each stone in the sequence is common.
