Lucas Paving

Not well at. First of all a lot of excuses why he can't start on agreed upon time. We waited long than the suggested time for the pavement to (approximately a Month) cure. Once we start to park our vehicles on the driveway, the driveway start developing deep impression where the vehicles were sitting. We call Lucas paving and informed him about the problem. He promised to revisit our driveway and fix it. Once again the excuses start flying on reasons why he couldn't make the promised times. Our driveway is still screwed up and yes he did cash the check for the job.

We hired Affordable Paving (Anthony Stevens) but paid a $2000 deposit to Stephen Lucas of Lucas Paving on 8/30/18. Anthony and Stephen are partners. Both of them are very unresponsive and would say they would be here on a non rainy day (we did have a lot of those due to the hurricane), but then they would never showed up and never called. Anthony finally sent us a text on 8/21/18 to say he and Stephen are partners and split everything 50/50 and he (Anthony) needed a few days to get us his portion of the deposit back and Stephen was supposed to bring his portion that day. as of 8/26/18 they have not been in contact with us. Anthony's phone goes straight to voice mail and his voice mail is full and Stephen won't return our calls. This was for new construction of our home and this is holding up our bond from Prince William County and holding up money from the bank on our construction loan. THIS IS A SCAM - DO NOT HIRE LUCAS PAVING OR AFFORDABLE ASPHALT from Manassas VA. Also they are not licensed thru the state which we should have checked prior to hiring. We will be filing a law suit again both Anthony Stevens and Stephen Lucas.

he does waht he says he is going to do and he is punctual. I thought he was resonable.
