"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"It went very well, two crews showed up and the work was completed days a head of schedule. The crews were professional and courteous, each day I received a phone letting me know they were on thier way and always arrived on time. They trenched, placed in the sump lines and pump, installed new footings wrapped and installed a dehydrator in 2 days. I crawled under the house for the inspection and was impressed. Professional work and it was worth the money for all that they had to accomplish."

"Jan. 20, 2021 We recently needed to have a major foundation issue looked at and evaluated prior to purchasing a house in Stephens City. Tony, from Lux, showed up before the appointed time, was very professional, was thorough in evaluating the foundation issue, took pics of the area in question, was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the issue, and he provided a very detailed report with photos. His evaluation was clear and gave us confidence enough to purchase the property. We would highly recommend this company! T.C. Stephens City"

"CSI was flexible and was able to schedule a home inspector the day after I got a bid accepted on a house. The inspector, Patrick, showed up on time and the inspection took about 4 hours. Patrick was responsive to any questions I had by email or live during the inspection. My one recommendation is that I requested a pest, mold, radon, and home inspection. It would be a better heads up if they explained that they sometimes outsource the radon inspection depending on availability of radon inspectors. Also, they can explain a bit more for new home buyers what is involved with a mold inspection. Patrick ended up just eyeing whether he spotted any mold. Because he did not see any mold, we did not have to pay extra for mold samples."

"Excellent on all counts! I had my house cleaned years ago, but after No More Dirty Roofs cleaned my home it looked like I just had it painted. They even got the ugly stains off of the gutters, cleaned the front porch, back deck and all the windows are clean. I had black mold on my roof that had begun to grow moss. They scrubbed the roof clean! The trim on my home is cream color and I was speechless when I came home from work and saw it looking like new. The sidewalk was so thick in black mold and mildew stains I was ready to tear it up and install a new walk, but after they cleaned and pressure washed the sidewalk it was almost like new. Excellent service and professionalism with an easy way to pay over the phone. Excellent all the way through!!"

"Great. Reported late Fri PM. Lone Star Appliance contacted me Monday AM, and came to appt. Tue PM as scheduled. Tech. was knowledge, and professional, advising the process. Choice Home Warranty (CHW) would advise how it would go forward. Wed. PM CHW made a cash settlement offerer. I did not want new unit. Claim manager advised the reason for cash offer was due to no brand name part available. We came to an agreement to replace the dishwasher. I investigated for several days, and new unit ordered yesterday, and being installed tomorrow. The settlement was fair. This is the 3rd appliance CHW has replaced over 5 years and 2 properties. I do and have recommended Choice Home Warranty."
