"These were great people with which to work. Everyone I spoke to was completely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They called when they promised to and their workers showed up on time and finished the job in an efficient manner. (They also cleaned up after themselves, too!) "Mr. FIX IT has a great customer service team that are very helpful and friendly. They keep you informed every step along the way! The installation team of Kevin and Eddie were very professional and possessed ultimate knowledge of their task. They installed a new "Jacuzzi Bath" converting my 40 year old bathtub/shower combination into a beautiful and modern walk in shower! It looks fantastic! I will say that the conversion was not cheap, but quality materials and workmanship never is! I highly recommend "MR. FIX IT" and would not hesitate to use their services in the future! "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"This is our 2d project with JES - a follow up really. The first project addressed the initial discovery satisfactorily. We now have the follow up. We are quite comfortable with this new effort because Chris Barefoot and Parren Felton took us through the diagnosis, suggested solutions and costs. Not just the costs for service but the impact costs. These are not-insignificant expernses and, as unsettling (pun intended) as the work is, I confident we picked the right company , and got a very fair price."
