"This is our 2d project with JES - a follow up really. The first project addressed the initial discovery satisfactorily. We now have the follow up. We are quite comfortable with this new effort because Chris Barefoot and Parren Felton took us through the diagnosis, suggested solutions and costs. Not just the costs for service but the impact costs. These are not-insignificant expernses and, as unsettling (pun intended) as the work is, I confident we picked the right company , and got a very fair price."

"When my 20+ year old shower pan finally gave out and cracked beyond repair, I was at a loss of who to call or where to start. Using one of those service apps to identify local vendors, I ended up bringing 4 of them in to look at the space and give me quotes. All of them walked me through their processes, materials, finishes, and prices. The processes and materials were generally the same. Bath Planet, however offered significantly broader options for finishes at much better prices! Instead of just a plain white shower stall, Bath Planet offered beautiful options to choose from at an all-in price about $3-5k lower than their local competitors. Given that the associated processes, materials, and timelines were roughly the same, it was a no-brainer. It took a few weeks for the materials to arrive and they got me scheduled quickly thereafter. The work was beautifully (and cleanly!) done. I’ll need to do other bath areas in my home in coming years and I’ll likely be calling them again!"
