John provided an in-depth home inspection of my plumbing and educated me on the importance of venting my sinks to avoid moisture buildup, mold, corrosion, and bad odors. He also found that one of my toilets needed a new flapper valve/lift rod and corrected me on how I was using my garbage disposal, advising me to only use it for light particles stuck to my plate. To assist with the upkeep of my plumbing, John recommended that I buy a drain cleaning kit and even called his dispatch to schedule another member of his team to repair my toilet's lift rod. "Excellent. Left message at office. Jimmy was able to come same day. He inspected food disposal and explained the leak. We ok'ed replacing the disposal. He left to buy new one at Fluvanna Ace Hardware, Returned promptly, and installed new one. Duration of service about 1 1/2 hours (including trip to Ace!) All Local-- NICE--especially during this pandemic!! Supporting local businesses-- YES!!
