"A gem of a human being and excellent workmanship. He arrived on time, was prepared and improvised as needed. We needed a new kitchen light fixture installed that we purchased ourselves. The ceiling is not flat and even, hence the improvisation. When that installation was completed, he also finished installing a hall light that I was in the middle of. A couple of screws from that light kit were too short. Ahmad to the rescue! In summary, Ahmad is highly qualified and recommended. We will not hesitate to call him again. "They completely outfitted the garage space and upstairs guest space with every outlet and switch and lighting and provided a lot of good insight into how the space might be used and where outlets should go or how many. They had to trench from the garage to the house to bring in power and Tommy did an all but seemingly impossible job bringing a wire from box in the house through 20ft of crawl space nobody could fit into and out a small hole. Serious dedication. The other option would have been a longer trench and ruining some landscaping. Tommy listened to my concerns and worked hard providing a great professional experience. Everything was cleaned up and taken care of professionally."

"We have used Evergreen twice.  We were having issues with the breaker blowing when we would take showers in our hallway bathroom.  The only things on were the light and the fan so we weren't sure why it would blow from that.  They checked the breaker and everything on the system and finally found that it was the light part of the exhaust fan (that didn't even have a light bulb in it).  They gave us a military discount and I felt we got a good price.  They were about an hour later than they said they would be, but were very nice and courteous when they showed up and did a great job.  So when we were having an issue with another circuit a week later they came out and found a burned outlet in our dining room and replaced it for us.  Again, they were about an hour later than they said they would be, but were very professional and courteous and were able to complete the work quickly.  They gave us a military discount again and I think we got a great price for a great job done.  We were happy with Evergreen and will use them for any future electrician needs."

"Matt and his team were fantastic. I had an issue in my guest bathroom - the soap dish and tiles fell off the wall while my husband was showering. In late September, Matt came out to check out the damage. With the damage being inside the wall, and the dated condition of my tub and other bathroom fixtures (vanity, lighting, etc.), with Matt's guidance, I opted to do a full bathroom remodel (which was on special for $6995).
Matt graciously worked with me to get the project within my budget. I was able to order my own vanity, cabinet, shower door and all fixtures at Home Depot, and I also worked with Matt to pick out a custom tile design and look to the bathroom.
The team who did the remodel (Luke and I can't remember the other guy's name) was great as well. It worked out that they were able to complete most of the remodel while we were out of town, and we only had one day when we returned where they had to finish up the project. They were fast and completely professional, and did a great job not only in the bathroom, but also in cleaning up their area and my house afterwards.
I am 100% satisfied with Total Home Services and will continue to use them for other projects in my house.

"Called SD Electrical and one other company for advice on fine-tuning my 25-year old irrigation system. Water distribution was uneven -- too dry in certain areas, soggy in others, too much water landing on the street. Rather than moving and replacing sprinkler heads which would have required new parts and hand-digging, SD Electrical began by adjusting existing heads and reversing the positions of a rotor head and spray head with no digging required. This provided a quick and economical solution to immediate needs for better coverage during grass planting and germination season. Most appreciated! At a later date, we will look at whether other system changes are also needed. Would have given 5 stars had the tech been more proactive offering solutions instead of just asking what I wanted done. I'd spent some time researching sprinkler head options and analyzing our situation before he arrived, so it worked out in the end. Don't know what may have happened had I not had suggestions to offer. Being able to get the work done same day was a great outcome. Pricing was also reasonable. i'd definitely call SD Electrical again."

"Great! He arrived on time, with the right amount of crew, tools and positive attitude! He was very experienced with Ikea cabinets and knew when we had purchased the wrong items. He also knew when to send me back to Ikea for different parts. Ikea made alot of mistakes and he knew that was common. He wrote down the numbers of the items i needed which was extremely helpful. He and his crew were fantastic and i would hire him again in the future. His prices were very reasonable and i appreciated that. I had two glass doors that were on back order so he said i could hold back $200 from his pay until they czme in. I called him on Sunday and told him i just picked them up. He told me they would be there on Monday morning to finish the job. Of course he arrived on time and he finished the job quickly. Of the 4 companies i hired to do various things in my kitchen his was the only one i didnt have issues with. I asked him to install the lights inside and underneath the cabinets and install the microwave. The lights were difficult but he worked hard until they were done. They make the whole kitchen shine! He was extremely reasonable with the microwave installation price. I asked him for several cards and already passed them out to people that wanted a new kitchen i told them he is the best installer i ever hired. He made this overwhelming project so much easier."
