"They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"

"We had had a new kitchen put in and then a year later, we had had our kitchen floor redone and basement repaired after a flood in our house.  Water from our washer had flooded the kitchen and laundry room and then flowed through the floor into the basement theater room and rec room.  We had to have a new (porcelain) tile floor put in upstairs and new paint and carpeting throughout the basement.   The work for the new kitchen and then the flood required a huge amount of sanding, spackling and more sanding...etc. The dust in our house was a big problem afterwards from the spackle dust that accumulated  in our ducts.  We decided to have our ducts cleaned and found All States on Angie's list.   It went great!  They were on time, conversant about the state of our ducts.  They did the job.  I have noticed that the air is better in the house and we have much less dust on furniture!  Very happy with their services and I would definitely hire them again.

"Adam came for the original estimate.  He was knowledgeable, professional and answered my questions.  We set a date for the work and he advised I would be called the day before with details.  No call so I called and left a message.  My call was returned promptly by Amanda with many apologies.  She explained that the company was going thru a bit of a change.  I was very appreciative of her honesty.  She gave me the numbers for the roofing supplier and another client to assure me all would go well.  She certainly kept her word and the work was done in a timely manner.  She came to my home several times and called throughout the day to make sure everything was running smoothly.  We needed to do some adjustment to the original price and we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. 
My only concern was that I am still picking up nails and staples in my yard.  They did go around with a magnet and blew off the roof but
I am still picking up debris.
Amanda showed a great deal of integrity.  I would use this company again.

"Finding Jason and Redline was a lifesaver!! He came and gave us an estimate and then showed up on time and worked like crazy. Redline has several team members, but because we needed help on very short notice - Jason did it all himself in 2 days. He disposed of 4 van loads (1500 lbs. each) of items by donation, recycling, or the dump. He took care of everything - we did not have to lift a finger. We did not even have to separate "keep" items from "garbage" as he remembered our instructions and was on top of it. He was professional, likeable, honest, thorough and calm. I don't know what we would have done without you. * I think he may have underbid our job some as he originally estimated it to be 2 van loads. I also added some additional and exterior things during the job. We owned some items he agreed to barter for rather than increasing the price. I only mention this because if your estimate is higher than mine -- I guarantee you, he is being more than fair. He has earned my trust completely -- and I'm a retired attorney."
