Every year they do a fabulous job cleaning our cream colored carpets that are stained from pets, dirty work boots, and every day living. I won't have anyone else do our carpets! The others just don't compare in the quality of cleanliness.

Showed up on time and were done in the time frame that we were told. The carpet looked clean, however some spots (that looked like they were gone when wet) came back. Over all the carpet looked clean.
