"They have only completed half the house because extreme weather conditions (snow and ice) prevented them from coming back as planned. They will return to complete the job next week. They cleaned our upper two floors thoroughly including shampooing carpets. The windows were not quite as clean as I would have liked but they still did a good job. They began on the kitchen but did not get to finish. I can give a better report after January 13th"

"We had had a new kitchen put in and then a year later, we had had our kitchen floor redone and basement repaired after a flood in our house.  Water from our washer had flooded the kitchen and laundry room and then flowed through the floor into the basement theater room and rec room.  We had to have a new (porcelain) tile floor put in upstairs and new paint and carpeting throughout the basement.   The work for the new kitchen and then the flood required a huge amount of sanding, spackling and more sanding...etc. The dust in our house was a big problem afterwards from the spackle dust that accumulated  in our ducts.  We decided to have our ducts cleaned and found All States on Angie's list.   It went great!  They were on time, conversant about the state of our ducts.  They did the job.  I have noticed that the air is better in the house and we have much less dust on furniture!  Very happy with their services and I would definitely hire them again.

"The owner of A1 Carpet repair, Mr. James Scoggins, and his helper arrived 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time - a true phenomena for repair technicians! Then they got straight to work, and finished up in 2.5 hours repairing over 20 spots throughout the house at the corners of doors and closets and on the steps where our cats had clawed the carpets over the years. The work was excellent and professional and the cost was exactly what they quoted over the phone with no surprises. Mr. Scoggins and his helper were very polite and friendly and willingly explained the repair process and answered all our questions about subsequent care for the repaired areas. We are very happy with their service and the results. We highly recommend their services."

"Finding Jason and Redline was a lifesaver!! He came and gave us an estimate and then showed up on time and worked like crazy. Redline has several team members, but because we needed help on very short notice - Jason did it all himself in 2 days. He disposed of 4 van loads (1500 lbs. each) of items by donation, recycling, or the dump. He took care of everything - we did not have to lift a finger. We did not even have to separate "keep" items from "garbage" as he remembered our instructions and was on top of it. He was professional, likeable, honest, thorough and calm. He glanced through everything during the process and would ask or bring back items that might be sentimental or have any monetary value. Jason at Redline was a true Godsend. I've never been this lucky or happy with a service before and I am really picky. I have already hired him to come back for cleaning services after the paint and carpet are finished so the house will be sparkling before we put it on the market. His price was REASONABLE and he was a joy to work with. Jason and Redline are the BEST and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
