"This was a big deal purchase. We probably did not need the service, so it was not a good value. To my knowledge they did the service correctly. Our ducts were not dirty. My wife thought they were worse than they were.

"I was VERY disappointed, They did not clean the inside of the refrigerator or the microwave, The floors were untouched - needed mopping, vacuuming, and the stairs needed shampooing - but was not done. I had to spend 2 days cleaning these items myself, along with faucets, the oven door, outside of windows.......... it was a lot of work for someone 59 yrs old. WHAT in the world did I pay for?? I wrote to the owner and told him of my dissatisfaction - and then heard nothing. They also charged more than the other quotes. Redline - you blew it."
