Joseph came out on a Sunday to give me an estimate. Then he came back on Monday before I left for Seattle and cut my grass. He was very prompt and professional. I referred Joseph to my neighbors.

I want customers to know that Joseph Traynham is a "TRUE PROFESSIONAL" and will not leave your yard until he is sure that you are a satisfied customer. Joseph is very customer oriented and I can tell you ALL that I have had other companies cut my grass but NEVER took the time that he did to blow ALL of the grass off of my side walks and trim ALL of the fences and areas that needed to be trimmed and he just doesn't stop working until the job is done correctly. Joseph is an (( ASSET )) not only to his own company but to any one that has him to work in their yard. I would NEVER hire anyone to work in my yard but Joseph from now on and he is HONEST and does NOT get over on people that need yard work done by charging them too much money. I am sure his company will be very successful because he is fair and NOT greedy. I have NEVER had my yard look this G-R-E-A-T but it will from now on because I am only letting Joseph work in my yard !!!!!

Joseph called I explained exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to get other things done to my lawn. I was able to pay him and leave to take care of my errands. I returned home a couple hours later and my yard looked great.
