We needed someone within a couple of hours - all of her crews were out....but, she volunteered tom come out with her husband and clean. She quoted a fair price and they came and they conquered the downstairs - it's spotless - they did an awesome job. They were friendly, courteous, professional, on time with a fair price. Mr. Green Premium Floor Care went above and beyond to clean my carpet and their work was fast and efficient. Her carpets desperately needed cleaning and I only had a few days to identify a company and have the work done while in town. I contacted Royal Residential and they were able to work me in (on a Sunday) to accommodate my tight schedule and to take care of my family member's need. "That turned out okay. We purchased the Big Deal and this company called within an hour to make sure that he was going to clean the carpets, but if there was anything we needed done else-wise, he was up front with us that he needed money for those services right away. I wished he would have been more customer friendly about that. I feel like he does not have an art with speaking with customers. He cleaned the carpets in 2 living rooms, an office and a dining room. He did a basic carpet cleaning. It took him about an hour. I paid an extra $50, for getting a pet stain preventive, which afterward I wished I would have not done that."
