She quoted a fair price and they came and they conquered the downstairs - it's spotless - they did an awesome job. They were friendly, courteous, professional, on time with a fair price. We purchased the Big Deal and this company called within an hour to make sure that he was going to clean the carpets, but if there was anything we needed done else-wise, he was up front with us that he needed money for those services right away. I wished he would have been more customer friendly about that. I feel like he does not have an art with speaking with customers. He cleaned the carpets in 2 living rooms, an office and a dining room. He did a basic carpet cleaning. It took him about an hour. I paid an extra $50, for getting a pet stain preventive, which afterward I wished I would have not done that."
