Locally owned owner-operator family business where all team members are trained and back ground checked. We have never received less than a 5 star review because we are absolutely meticulous about our attention to detail and customer service. We guarantee all our work and will not leave the property until the customer is more than satisfied.

"I would give them a negative rating if I could. I wish I had never hired them to soft wash our roof, driveway, home, and shed. While they are aggressive with sales, they do not stand behind their work, and their COO demonstrates poor customer service and conflict resolution skills. The exterior of our home and shed now looks worse than before they came. The photos I?ve posted were taken after their work, and clearly show a lack of care, missed areas, and damage to our siding. Paint was stripped from the siding, yet the COO refused to acknowledge responsibility. His only ?solution? was to send the same team that caused the damage back for a quick ?rinse,? while unilaterally deciding the company was not at fault. If you value quality workmanship, accountability, and pride in service, I strongly recommend finding another company."

Roof Ice and Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

How much snow can a roof hold? The answer could help you to avoid roof collapse—a worst-case scenario, of course. For most roofs, you can expect it to withstand four feet of fresh snow, two feet of packed snow, or two to three feet of a mix of old and new snow. However, your roof will only be able to handle one inch of ice. The actual weight capacity of your roof may vary, so check with whoever built it for exact details.

Natural ice melts can often get the job done without damaging concrete. You can try non-corrosive options such as kitty litter, alfalfa meal, coffee grounds, sugar beet juice, and heated snow-melting mats. While they may cause some staining, these natural melts are safe for concrete, pets, and the environment.

Ice dam removal is costly, but it’s absolutely worth it. If you leave an ice dam as is and don’t take care of it, you’re looking at potentially dangerous situations and high-cost repairs—like roof collapse, leaks, mold problems, gutter damage, and more. Removing ice dams is essential to keeping your home and your family safe in the snowy season.

You can use hot water to melt ice from your driveway, but there are some serious caveats. Very hot water can quickly melt ice and remove it, which is helpful if you’re very short on time and need a solution ASAP. However, it will only work across a small area, after which there’s a chance the water will freeze again. The sudden clash of temperatures is dangerous for fragile materials, notably windows and other glass, so you’ll want to keep the water away from your car.

That depends on the size of your snow blower and how efficiently it uses fuel. Most snow blowers will last between 1 and 2 hours on a full tank of gas. Larger blowers tend to use fuel more quickly and need refilling more often.

Keep in mind, the average snow blowing project for a home driveway takes around 30 minutes. Large driveways and yards will take around an hour. A full tank of gas should be more than enough for snow removal, although the height of the snowfall will have an effect, too.
