5 Stars! It's not easy these days to find a contractor who does what they say they are going to do... and stand behind it. Ryan and his team at Mixed Property Solutions installed a roof for me back in March on a townhouse I had purchased in Western Branch, the results we terrific! They showed up early and professionally knocked the job out in no time. I found one item that I asked Ryan to follow up on and he did immediately! This is a customer focused company. Stay local and choose Mixed Property Solutions - I highly recommend them!

Quickly, smoothly and no unexpected problems. They quickly and safely removed the damaged portion of the roof, satellite antennas, and including two leaking roof vents. They were very professional and really know what they are doing. They even re-caulked the remaining roof vents and sewer vent.
