That the grinder don't remove chips are the extra wood left behind.

"Were sorry about not removing the chips, some stumps produce a lot of them, we do not have the ability to remove them and it is hard to find someone to do so, that is why we tell all of our customers that we do not remove chips, but we will either rake them out or pile them up."

Did a great job on the removal, clean up was conducted as promised. I had a concern if the machine would disrupt my lawn, none noted. The company is cost affective for those on a budget, did not ask if military veterans receive a discount. I was so shock by the price, did not bother to ask. The other company never called back and at this point I am totally satisfied with the work already completed. I was thrilled to see I could replant new trees in the same holes.
