We also employ trained staff holding certifications in arboriculture, horticulture, pesticide and landscape design.

"The Williams Brothers Tree & Lawn Service team were great! My mother had a large dead tree in her back yard that she was worried it could hit the house if it came down in a storm. The crew drove the truck into the fenced dog area, missed the drainspouts, trimmed the tree up, listened to my mother's concerns, etc. They were so professional and friendly. She said the main guy in the bucket who did the tree topping was a 'master' at how he went about it. Very impressed. The other guys that came to help also cleared away any trace of mess, raked, and when they left they shut the farm gate on the dog's fence as well as took the time to replace the log-barricades we use to keep the dogs from crawling under the gate. Super guys, extremely fair price. Was really nice to find a company like them in the area."

"Awful. If I could give 0 stars for professionalism... that would be the ideal answer. I hired Brian to remove a tree from my yard. While cutting the tree down, a piece fell and broke my neighbor's fence. Instead of coming to tell me, he tried to hide it until my son told me. Brian then said he would come back and fix it since it was a simple and cheap fix. That was the lie. Brian and his crew left as fast as they could and left the giant tree in large pieces on the ground. We attempted to contact him to fix his mistake and he completely ignored us. DO NOT HIRE."

Whether you’re putting down fresh seed or reseeding, there are a few things to keep in mind when seeding your lawn. Generally, Dudley recommends seeding in spring and fall as it is usually cooler and rainier.

You don't want to over-fertilize your lawn because it can burn the grass and even kill it. Healthy soil usually requires two fertilization applications a year during the height of the growing season. This fertilization schedule typically starts at the start of fall and the end of spring, depending on the grass type and plants.

Bahia grass is not difficult to grow, but you might need patience for this slow-growing grass. Whereas some grass species, like Bermuda grass, can take 1 to 2 weeks to germinate, Bahia grass can take two or three times as long, making it seem like it won’t grow. But again, once your Bahia grass is established, it requires little maintenance. Its deep root system makes it a very durable grass that can bounce back after freezes and droughts. 

One of the most effective ways to improve lawn absorption is to learn how to aerate your lawn. This is a process where you poke tiny holes all throughout it to break up tough soil and sediment, creating pathways for sunlight, water, air, and nutrients to seep into the plant’s roots. In turn, it promotes stronger root systems, making your lawn or plants less susceptible to pests and disease. Ideally, you’ll want to aerate your lawn at least once per year during the growing season—think late summer to early fall.
