"Rating 2 star because quality of tiling work is decent. This company is not cheap, but overall work quality is cheap. After completing the bathroom remodel, we found the hand shower was not working. They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."

"Contracted Kevin to build a 26x28 garage with an attic loft. This was after a lot of research on what I could afford, what I couldn’t afford, and the must haves verses the nice to have options. I reviewed at least ten contractors thoroughly, vetted down to three, ended up in detailed conversations with two and in the end Kevin’s experience, personability, and communication won the day. I’m not what you would call an easy customer as I’m a program manager by profession and hugely detailed oriented with a dose of OCD compounded by 27 years in the military. Kevin communicated the expectations of how it will get bad before it gets good, i.e. it’s a game of patience, the area is going to get destroyed, and we’re basically going to break some eggs to make this omelet. All good, and when I felt like the start of this thing was never going to happen, Kevin snapped me back into reality. I enjoyed his visits and engagements as the project went on. I endeavored to stay out of the way but watch and filmed (time lapse) as the garage was being built. I could not be happier with the end result and honestly it was just impressive to see the various crews execute their portion of the build. It definitely takes patients, but the end result is absolutely worth the journey. I could not give a stronger endorsement of picking Kevin to make your project happen. Resurrection Builders has been in business since 1996. We are a smaller company of 4 employees. Because of our size, we can still provide that personal service customers are looking for. We have a small list of extremely qualified sub-contractors. We would utilize them in a project such as a home addition that required many different trades. However, we maintain resposibility and accountability with our home-owner throughout the job process. Most jobs are paid for with a deposit and a final payment when work is completed. We are not currently offering financing, however, we except all major credit cards. We will offer a $500 discount for any project of $5,000 or more to anyone who finds us on Angieslist.
"Even though we had some unavoidable funky scheduling challenges because of our current COVID-19 situation, which resulted in the project taking longer than expected, we are very happy with the process, the cost and the end result. We had Resurrection Builders fully renovate our bathroom, including change vanity to pedestal and move the plumbing; move electrical outlet and replace exhaust fan; replace the tub and change the full wall to a knee wall; install wall and floor tiles; repaint; and swap out all of the accessories (faucet, towel racks, etc.). They also fixed a long standing problem I had on my carport and front porch by adding a safety rail and replacing old trellises with new supports. Both look absolutely fabulous! Nelson did an awesome job every step of the way. Both Ryan and Nelson were great about communicating with us and each other. When we are ready to do our second bathroom, I definitely plan to reach out to Resurrection Builders."
