When a water leak under the house and another issue caused us to be without water (and hot water) for a night, they sent us to a hotel and paid for it. The owner, Andy Anderson, is a stand up guy. The (many!) extra pieces of work that had to be done (some possibly caused by the workers, but equally possibly due to old piping in a 96 year old house) were done at no extra cost to us, because he stands by his company, the quality of work, and cares about his company's reputation. If one guy didn't know how to do something, another was sent to deal with it, and make it right. Andy saw to the final check personally, which meant a lot to us- the end result is a perfectly functioning boiler and hot water heater. We would highly recommend this company and we are very happy."
