I am not a patient there and after the practices I see them take, I never ever will be. My records were transferred there from my previous dentist who retired. I never went to this place here and thus was never a patient. When I asked them to transfer my records to another dentist, they wanted to charge me $15 just to type in the email address of the new dentist. To top it off, when I said I didn't have the email, just the phone number, they rudely told me to get the email address and call them back. Why am I paying someone to type in an email address that I have to research to send records when I was never a patient there?!?! Unbelievable! Avoid this place at all costs.

"We are sorry that you misunderstood our policy or if we miscommunicated in any way! When one dentist transfers his practice to another, all of the patient records are transferred. If the patients choose not to give our practice a chance, it takes our staff about 30 minutes of time to collect all of your records from the other doctor's computer system. We gather those files, format them appropriately and transfer them to our own system. We then compose an email to the doctor of your choice and send everything digitally. We do not have a list of all other dentist emails which is why we ask you to provide the information for the dentist of your choice. Our office does not charge for transfer of records once you are a patient. That charge actually stems from the contract between your retiring dentist and our doctors. Your retiring doctor was offering a no charge transfer if you asked him to transfer by April 1 of this year. Only after that date, when the burden fell to our staff, did a minimal charge go into effect. I truly hope this helps you to understand our position. This is a very standard practice but I am very sorry that it upset you."

Very friendly staff made me feel welcome. After the initial exam there were a couple of issues to be addressed. We were able to work with my schedule in a short time to get all things fixed in a timely manner. I have now been a couple of times and never had to wait very long to be taken back for my appointment. The dentist was very good and is now my regular denist.

My husband had a cracked tooth that required a lot of work that was done promptly, efficiently, kindly. I had a clean and a filling that required a lot of work. They were concerned and patient. Good work. Am using them again.
