They were out to our house the next day! The concrete footer went right in the first day. The second day required some relocation of some dirt piles we had near the work site. The place is cleaner now than before they came. They left no trash for us to clean up. 4) They did not smoke while on our work site. 5) They didn't play loud music while working. 6) They did everything they said they would do exactly when they said they would do it.
