After an inspection, Tom recommended a couple of options. We chose to replace the unit. Tom promised the unit would be in place and operational by COB the next day. Sean and Mike arrived early the next day. They took out the old unit and installed the new unit. It snowed on them all afternoon. The snow did not dampen their spirits. By evening they cleaned up and buttoned up the system and the basement. 1. Premium Home Service is honest and fair priced company. 2. Tom, Sean and Mike did everything they told us they would do. 3. We are extremely pleased with their professional skills, their care in working around our house, their attention to detail on the project, and the care for the amount of "stuff" in the basement - which was not damaged by their efforts. 4. They explained what they were going to do and did it. 5. They explained the new system, set up and demonstrated the new thermostat operation and adjustments. 6. They cleaned up everything prior to departing for the day. We will not hesitate to call them again for any future issues. We highly recommend them"
