"Great company to work with. Easy to reach, responsive, just great communication. Employees on time and polite, professional. My floors look brand new! I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. Sadrack returned the following day for small touch ups (that I would not have noticed) and to apply caulk around the toilets in two bathrooms. Above and beyond - pride in workmanship. "I'm over the moon! MORE than pleased- my bath room looks new again. I did the job myself about 8 yrs. ago and over time it had mildewed, turned dark in places. The mold I tried to chisel and regrout the worse it looked! I thought they would have to start fron scratch! My technition, Nick, was on time,polite, friendly- carried everthing he needed down to spotless clean up. I could NOT believe the difference and finished in couple hours. The price was very reasonable,Nick was great-very knowledgeable- I'll ask for him again!"

"Linda was very helpful selecting the laminate. When On the Spot removed my old laminate, a water leak had cause quite a bit of mold. They eradicated the mold and provided a dehumidifier. They stayed in touch with me throughout the drying process. The floor was installed and looks great. On the Spot was professional and friendly and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for flooring and carpet cleaning.
