I expected the grout to look new, but even the tiles look new. My floors look better than they have ever looked in the 26 years we've lived here. "Linda was very helpful selecting the laminate. When On the Spot removed my old laminate, a water leak had cause quite a bit of mold. They eradicated the mold and provided a dehumidifier. They stayed in touch with me throughout the drying process. The floor was installed and looks great. On the Spot was professional and friendly and did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for flooring and carpet cleaning.
