"Arrived on time as stated; cleaned-up afterwards. Appointment for estimate was good & professional. The day of the install, everything went as we expected it to go. The installer cleaned up the area during, and after the install. The shelving units were pretty much what we discussed & paid for. Cost wise I thought the install was pricey, but it did rate in the same range as others, so for the work performed it was normal for the industry. Love the new organized look & can't wait to get everything organized to go back in the closets & make use of them."

"Tom did an outstanding job of replacing a couple of 20-year-old pressure-treated 6x6 posts for a 2nd story porch that were showing signs of rot. He removed the bad posts, installed new concrete-filled supports, and replaced the posts (including a galvanized metal cap between the concrete & wood). He also straightened a severely-leaning mailbox, securing it with concrete, and even filled in a hole that had mysteriously appeared in our driveway a couple of months ago. The entire project was completed over two days. Throughout the entire effort he kept us constantly apprised of his plans and his progress. And when he and his assistant departed, they left the porch area cleaner than they found it. And the total cost was 25% less than the original estimate."

Steven came for the consultation, I told him what our needs were, and he had great ideas on what could and could not be done with the space. I trusted his expertise on dimensions and they ended up being perfect. I love that the shelves are adjustable so you don't feel like you are locked into a permanent decision. He gave us our quote very quickly and he was very responsive whenever we reached out. Zack, the installer was extremely professional and had great attention to detail. He noticed that one of the pieces would end up leaving a bit of a gap due to our walls being uneven. He had a new piece cut to be picked up and still completed the job promptly.
