"Crew showed up on time repaired and/or replaced boards on my wooden fence as well as repairing the wood gate. Efficient, honest and fair estimates. They have also just completed painting my living/dining room - excellent job. Highly recommend hiring MDHC for home repair/projects."

"Highly recommend this company! We hired them twice this year for two different projects. On both occasions, we received OUTSTANDING service! They built our custom wet bar, finished a portion of our basement and installed an infrared sauna. We get compliments on our basement everything we entertain. The attention to detail and craftsmanship is just marvelous. The owner and his crew are very professional. They kept us informed every day on the progress and next steps. On time and very neat. We even hired them for some handyman projects such as installing a ceiling lamp and installing a TV. We will continue to use them for all our household renovations and repairs. Finally, a company that not only delivers excellent service but does EXCELLENT work!"

"Alex did several small tasks in record time. He fixed my mailbox that had detached from the post, replaced a stake on a landscape light, replaced a worn threshold in the outbuilding, and rehung a shutter that had come down in the ice storm. He's extremely pleasant and professional and his rate is also extremely reasonable. He is now my go-to handyman."

"Jordan and Emi were a pleasure to deal with. They were very courteous and friendly. They were on time and took extra measures to protect our property and informed us on what they were doing. They did a fantastic job of repairing some drywall that was damaged from a water leak. We will be calling on them again for the next project."

"I had a missing window screen and my homeowners' group decided to give me short notice to have it replaced. Came on Home Advisor and found Presto Screens. They had great ratings, I was just hoping they could do it in the short timeline I had before accruing penalties from my HOA. Brian was great to work with, knew the time frame, and came the same day! He showed up when he was supposed to and had it done in no time! Highly recommend!"

"Alejandro responded quickly, came the same day, repaired the screen on the spot, did a really excellent job. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when he finished. He had all the materials ready when he arrived, and I am completely satisfied. Highly recommend recommended.!"
