Presto was the first contractor to respond to my request for quotations. The project was to replace the insect mesh in my window screens. It was a delight to find a contractor who focuses only on the service I was interested in. I was able to know that the contractor had read my project description, had exceptional skills to deliver exactly what I asked for, and do so at a competitive market rate. Communication between me and the contractor was precise, accurate, and easy to understand. Presto arrived at the agreed scheduled time. Presto notified me by telephone when they were en route to my address. The work was completed in the estimated timeframe. The contractors arrived, were professional from beginning to end. The project site was cleaned up and left in the condition as found upon work initiation. I am very happy with the services that I received, and will call Presto the next time I need screens repaired and replaced. Thank you!
