There was no high-pressure sales tactics, no one year, one month, and today's pricing. Everything was explained up front. Our project manager was great, keeping us informed at every step. The installation team was clean and excellent asking us any questions we had concerning grab rail placement. The bath was transformed into a much more friendly environment with a fiberglass tub enclosure replaced with a beautiful and functional walk-in shower. I highly recommend Quality Remodeling for the quality of their work and customer service. They provide great value for the money."

"okay till i start to look at the mud they put on around the shower. it was never sanded smooth and the shower door opens when using the shower. i have been trying to get the resolved this for over 6 months. salesman just keeps saying they dont do prep work or paint. told them from day one they did not have to paint. guess since i told them i was painting and i have the matching paint so only needed to do around shower. i am still trying to his boss involved but no answer. looks like i will have to hire someone else. his crew is the worst i have ever seen. shower door slides open when in the shower so water hits the floor have to block the doors so they dont open i have tried to get the fixed but still they refuse always an excuse as to why there is an issue."

The installation team of Kevin and Eddie were very professional and possessed ultimate knowledge of their task. They installed a new "Jacuzzi Bath" converting my 40 year old bathtub/shower combination into a beautiful and modern walk in shower! It looks fantastic! "Daniel R. and Fernando B. did a â tub to showerâ conversion for us and they were awesome. They were very professional, friendly, arrived on the early end of the time range we were given, stuck to the task at hand and were out by early afternoon. They left everything as clean as they found it (maybe cleaner?). I am happy with the new shower - canâ t wait to use it! There was one slight hiccup with a plumbing issue and Daniel arranged for someone to come tomorrow to check that out. Once that is resolved , we are good to go! "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"They have not yet completed our project, but thus far Matt and Mike have been very attentive to our every need. Bath Planet was not the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive we received, but they did fit our needs perfectly. Matt has gone above and beyond to get me exactly what I want for our custom shower (it's really big) and has made sure to be in constant contact as it's taking a bit to get the materials (it's a custom job and I told him from the start we weren't in a great hurry to complete it). Only reason for less than a 5 star review at this point is the project is not yet complete. Once it is, I plan to revise this review."

"I hate paying others to do work that I can do, but we were rushed & I am not fast and have been known to have to redo plumbing. Mom was no longer able to lift self over tub for tub shower & won't let me help & give my wife incredible resistance, so mom's hygiene was getting bad. My wife talked me into letting someone else do it & of the 4 companies we interviewed, Kevin at Bath Planet impressed us the most, gave us the best price by far, best start time & best assurance of a 1-day job.
