"Our first and only experience with Quality Remodeling was to remodel our primary bathroom to permit aging in place at our home. It was a great experience. We would hire these guys again for any future remodeling of our home. Matt Taylor visited with us a couple of times to understand our requirements and to make measurements. He always got back to us either by phone or email within 24 hours of contact. We checked online reviews and photos of other remodeled bathrooms that Quality Remodeling had completed before trusting his company with the job. Mattâ s partner, Malik, told us that their work would take 6-10 days to complete, and once they started, they would work consecutive days to completion, including Saturdays if we gave our permission. They removed our soaking tub with surrounding tile platform, a completely tiled shower, a toilet, and all the tile flooring in a little less than a day. Reconstruction included changing the slope of the floor to create an open, zero-entry shower space that is wheelchair accessible. We selected all of the new fixtures for both the shower and a drop-in tub. We also selected tile, grout color, a towel warmer, grab bars, and a toilet. These specified items were sourced locally with retail prices provided so that we could obtain competing bids from different local contractors. Quality Remodeling recommended a painting sub-contractor and a glass fabricator/installer. Both did very professional work. We had 3 contractors visit our home and make their proposals. One withdrew because the work was beyond the scope of their typical remodel, e.g., Re-Bath, Kohler or similar remodeling schemes. Quality Remodelingâ s bid was about ½ of the other competitorâ s bid and they estimated 10-12 weeks to complete the job. Honest, high quality workmanship, rapid completion once they were able to start, and great value in their price for the work. Highly recommend Quality Remodeling based upon our experience."

"okay till i start to look at the mud they put on around the shower. it was never sanded smooth and the shower door opens when using the shower. i have been trying to get the resolved this for over 6 months. salesman just keeps saying they dont do prep work or paint. told them from day one they did not have to paint. guess since i told them i was painting and i have the matching paint so only needed to do around shower. i am still trying to his boss involved but no answer. looks like i will have to hire someone else. his crew is the worst i have ever seen. shower door slides open when in the shower so water hits the floor have to block the doors so they dont open i have tried to get the fixed but still they refuse always an excuse as to why there is an issue."

"Although we had to wait approximately 6 weeks for the installation it was well worth it. Work was well worth the wait. Our Installer called every day to provide eta, always let me know at the end of the day what the next day plan was. Always cleaned up at the end of the each day. End result was beyond expectations. Adjustment was needed on the shower door one week later, and the installer came out on the weekend to make adjustment."

"Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."

"They have not yet completed our project, but thus far Matt and Mike have been very attentive to our every need. Bath Planet was not the cheapest quote, nor the most expensive we received, but they did fit our needs perfectly. Matt has gone above and beyond to get me exactly what I want for our custom shower (it's really big) and has made sure to be in constant contact as it's taking a bit to get the materials (it's a custom job and I told him from the start we weren't in a great hurry to complete it). Only reason for less than a 5 star review at this point is the project is not yet complete. Once it is, I plan to revise this review."

Mom was no longer able to lift self over tub for tub shower & won't let me help & give my wife incredible resistance, so mom's hygiene was getting bad. My wife talked me into letting someone else do it & of the 4 companies we interviewed, Kevin at Bath Planet impressed us the most, gave us the best price by far, best start time & best assurance of a 1-day job.
