I had a very feisty and particularly nasty female old lady for a landlord. I needed someone who would make the carpet look new again and I needed someone to get the kitchen tile cleaned to like it was new because the landlady was particularly concerned about it. Simply Clean had that carpet looking fantastic and the kitchen floor looked especially like it was brand new. I think the landlady was just waiting to get as much as she could from my security deposit. After she did a walk through of the condo a few days later, she showed me some spots on the carpet that I could barely see. I called Simply Clean and told them the story. OMG...they were so friendly, came right out the next day and was able to get those spots out. I am thrilled with this company and don't think you can go wrong with the professional attitude, the price, and the terrific job they do!"

Also stretched and reinstalled the carpet on our stairs to the basement, making them better than they ever were as they were not installed properly by the contractor (not Jeff) who did the original inistallation. "Linda was very helpful selecting the laminate.   When On the Spot removed my old laminate, a water leak had cause quite a bit of mold.  They eradicated the mold and provided a dehumidifier.    They stayed in touch with me throughout the drying process.  The floor was installed and looks great.   On the Spot was professional and friendly and did an awesome job.  I highly recommend them for flooring and carpet cleaning.
