A professional cleaning company came to clean it and tested a spot and told me they could not clean it so they left. I was at wits end. I called Jay as a last resort. He came and assessed the situation and assured me that he could get the grout cleaned and looking like new. Jay not only was able to clean the grout, but he also stained it a darker color, and sealed it as well. It looks fabulous now and I am extremely pleased. I highly recommend Grout Gurus for all tough jobs. Jay is personable and he is very knowledgeable. He quickly responded to all my phone calls and did the job under the amount of time that he estimated. Great price too!"
