"I just had Potts Brothers redo my bathroom and basement, and honestly, they killed it. The whole process was super easy, and the results are amazing. Youssef and Peter were awesome to work with. Youssef helped me figure out the design and had some great ideas that made everything look even better than I imagined. Peter oversaw the work and together with omar and the rest of the team, and they made sure everything was done right and on time. The bathroom is now my favorite part of the house—it’s modern, functional, and just looks so good. The basement went from being a storage dump to a space I actually want to hang out in. The quality of the work is really solid, and you can tell they care about the little details. What I really appreciated was how communicative they were. The PM estimated 2 and half weeks to 3 weeks but it was done in 2 weeks, just before Christmas ! The staff was very friendly and attentive . They listened and understood what I wanted for my dream kitchen . Duncan, presented me with options for my kitchen to meet my budget . Although ,I chose the latter which was to have my dream kitchen and decide not to bend on that. Sam was thorough with all the final walk through and made sure I was happy before leaving my house. Attention to detail was what I appreciated most with the whole process . I felt safe in the sense where my kitchen would not be left unfinished midway . "Rating 2 star because quality of tiling work is decent. This company is not cheap, but overall work quality is cheap. After completing the bathroom remodel, we found the hand shower was not working. They first blamed Delta, saying it faulty. I called delta customer rep in front of him and delta pointed out the problem with installation. Cutting the new bathroom tile was expensive, so Sosa did something from the back of bathroom by cutting a drywall, and both rain/ hand shower started working. We had the feeling that something is not correct because there was not enough water pressure and water was not warm enough. And here it happened exactly after 2 months, the shower system stopped working. When I called Sosa to check what’s going on and he responded “it was working when I left” . So I had to call another agency, they cut the drywall and showed me the poor quality plumbing done by Sosa. They re-did the plumbing and shower system started working."
