"Greg was excellent in every aspect of the job. He told me up front what could be expected as he inspected the chimney and how much each iteration would cost if there was damage. He inspected the chimney top-to-bottom, took photos and clearly showed me what was wrong, how he would correct it, and the cost. He swept the chimney to remove creosote and ash and I readily agreed the evidence was there, so he proceeded to effect the repairs he suggested. After completion, he showed me the after photos, which clearly showed a professional job. I absolutely, 100% recommend Greg and Bad Ash Chimney Care for your chimney care and repair. "

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
