"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. I'm disabled and needed help getting the rooms ready prior to having them cleaned. I had four of my sons available earlier in the year but not when they returned my calls. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Chris was very responsive and prompt. His work was excellent , his manner was very professional and his fees very reasonable. Would recommend Steam it Clean to any of my friends and family and will use them again!"

"These lady's are amazing. They cleaned everything so well and organized everything. Like even the console between the couch was organized and cleaned. They put up posters that needed to be put up and they hauled off about 200 boxes from our house and all the trash. They have made mine and my family's life's so much easier and we've already booked them again for weekly services. If you are looking for someone who is Reliable, Smart, Hard Working and Amazing at everything you throw at them Brittany and her team are the ones to choose."

"Prompt, courteous, trustworthy. Did a fantastic job I highly recommend this business. The owner who gave us the quote & the employees who did the work were all exceptional. My 20 year old couch and chair look new again! I would definately hire this company again."
