"After a very thorough consultation, Dan was more than accommodating with estimate revisions and the wait while I researched and gathered all the components to do our over-the-fireplace entertainment and surround sound system. I also had ESV install 4 new ceiling fan rough-ins and the fans, change out another fan in a room with 22' ceilings, install some extra power outlets and a new light over our kitchen island. These guys were all very professional and courteous. Prices were very reasonable. Excellent work and clean up after a messy job. Went extra mile and a half to paint match! "Mr Friday showed up within the timeframe. He was very pleasant and easy to talk to. I showed him the lamppost and he got to work. He quickly found the issue and replaced the part. I also asked him advice on some landscape lighting and he gave me some great advice on how to bump up the intensity of the light by buying LED bulbs instead, which I have done. While looking at the outdoor plug for the lighting he noticed that it was not protected from the elements. He ended up installing an entire new GFI plug (old plug rusted out) and a nice hinged plastic bubble thing over the top. He caulked it all off and everything works perfectly. I got a quote for some other stuff too. I would definitely hire Beacon again! Also want to give a shout out to the great office staff (Katie was one) who kept me updated with arrival times and for being very responsive to my questions!"
