"Zac was excellent to work with and did great work. We had him install a black aluminum picket fence in our yard. The price was great and quality is excellent. He was very responsive to questions and concerns when they came up a couple of times. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have a fence installed in the greater Lynchburg area."

"My house was built on a hill with no thought into how the yard was going to be used. The severely sloped yard made it nearly impossible for the kids to play outside. I contacted Legendary Landscapes to help me figure out a solution. Chad, the owner, came over for the initial consultation. I expressed my needs and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He proposed a solution for my yard and explained the steps necessary. I thought i was going to need an expensive retaining wall but Chad suggested a lower cost alternative for me using rip rap that i didn't even know was possible. The proposed price was exactly what i was looking for so the work was scheduled for the following week. Chad and his helper showed up on time and performed the work in 95 degree plus weather (kudos to them, too hot for me!). The work was done on time, 2 days as proposed despite the insane heat, with no surprises or issues. I wasn't sure how good the rip rap wall would look but i was pleasantly surprised with the final product. The work done looks great and my yard looks enormous now! I highly recommend this company, they are going on my speed dial as the first and only call for future landscaping projects.

"Very professional, on time and very neat. Jim did electrical repairs and reinforced outside aluminum gate to include replacing a gate latch. He was easy to work with and I would highly recommend him."

"Grass was very neatly cut, did not look rushed, mulch looks perfect now, my bushes are trimmed to perfection, overall, I am very happy with my neat yard!"

"Steve was very punctual, showing up early every day. The work didn't exceed the estimate, and he was very good about explaining any needed changes as they came up. His knowledge of construction standards was very helpful and one of the main reasons we chose Townside. The projects listed were not done in a single contract, but over three seperate visits. The fit and finish of all of the projects are second to none. We will definitely use Townside in the future.

"Mr Barry was professional at all times this company is knowledgeable of what can be done by city side. They in fact had to go with me to city council for approval. They appeared to be knowledgeable in speaking to the council. Project was approved and all inspection were done complete and finalized. My family is enjoying the additional space."
