"If I could just rate some of the service technicians I would rate them higher and would recommend that they find a new ethical company to work for! We purchased our unit seven years ago. We had gotten a quote several months prior to purchasing our unit and when we purchased there was a sale that was $500 cheaper then the quote. They had us sign the quote sheet acknowledging installation which had ten year parts and one year labor warranty which we did not pay attention to since it was an old quote. However, the invoice we received had the correct amount that I paid and listed 10 year parts and labor warranty which now they don't want to honor. An attorney I consulted said the invoice would stand up in small claims court which I am now considering. It's just ashamed people don't have ethical business practices. I would encourage anyone looking for a new unit or service for existing systems to look elsewhere!!!!!"

"We were looking to have landscape lighting installed at our residence and received two quotes. We met and discussed the job with Daniel and received a quote from Blue Ridge Landscape Lighting. Their competitor's quote was significantly higher, and had what we felt were forced on-going maintenance fees, currently at around $500 per year. In order to get their lights, the competitor's contract required this maintenance. We made the decision to contract with Blue Ridge Landscape Lighting, and we could not be happier. Daniel kept us updated throughout the project and even completed the job ahead of schedule. The end result was beautiful. It is exactly what we wanted.
