So professionalism is non-existent and follow-thru still hasn't happened. The word of the GM, contractor supv as well as the actual contractors/engineers are garbage. "Bull Run Kitchen and Bath completed two bathroom renovations in my home. They did an excellent job. The designer, Salih Coskun, went above and beyond from start to finish. In many ways he served as the project manager, never overlooking any detail. I am very grateful for his dedication and creative eye. The workers were wonderful. They did exacting work and the results were fabulous. The weakest link was the actual project manager, Murat, who did not do a good job of planning when to order supplies or scheduling which resulted in the project taking much too long to finish. The results, however, compensated for the process. Everyone who has seen the bathrooms has raved about them. They are truly gorgeous."

"RRR did a high-end hall bath remodel in Sep 2020 for approximately $24000. Homeowners did the basic design and material selection. RRR suggested construction and material mods, as needed, and ordered all material. Cost was clearly detailed up front, paid on draw, and was met by completion date. All stage work and inspections were completed on schedule, over approximately three weeks. Crew was always on time and worked full days, while Ryan checked in twice a week. All rough-in and finish work was neat and well crafted, including studding, plumbing, electrical, wall and floor tile, and vanity top and basin, and painting. There was some struggle with heavy shower doors assembly and clean install. All punchlist items were complete with no issues. Enjoyed interaction with Ryan and his crew. Very happy with results. Competitive pricing. Would highly recommend."

"I used Apex to fix a situation where water would leak into my basement through the electrical panel during a long, heavy downpour. It was a particularly unique and difficult problem to solve which involved excavating under part of a flagstone patio, determining the source(s) of the leak and sealing. Their final solution was very thorough and attacked the problem from multiple directions. I was impressed with their dedication to doing the job right. The clean-up was also thorough (the patio looked better after they left than before they started!) The crew was great! They worked hard and knew what they were doing. Since it was such a tricky problem, Lou, the manager, was on-site for most of the day. They also have an excellent electrician on the team which was a definite plus for this project. I used Apex a couple of years ago to renovate the basement and was very pleased with the result of that project as well.
