"I have no idea how many visits, appointments, emergency calls for help or just plumbing issues we have had over more than 25 years at two residents. They have always been dependable, punctual and had a great eagerness to provide exceptional service. Recently upgraded a plumbing fixture and it works great. "My experience with JES was very positive and professional. The initial assessment was timely, courteous, and the options were explained in detail. The scheduling of the actual work was within a reasonable time. The crew of Austin C, Devante T, and Justin S arrived on time and got busy immediately. My job was performed on the outside of the foundation and required digging down to the problem area, so they showed pictures of what they had done and subsequently covered back up. Would definitely recommend this company."

"The owner, is technically competent. I have technical background and I bombarded Brendan with lot of questions on scientific and mathematical and technical functions of heat pump, but Brendan immediately came up with satisfactory technical and scientific responses which cleared doubts and gave me optimism. Brendan and his team made feasibility study at the house and took measurements to ascertain the size of the heat pump and necessary modifications to the existing system in order to make new heat pump and system work efficiently with low costs of electricity and maintenance and with very low noise!!! The installation done by Brendan and his team appeared to be supported with stability. Trial run of new system initially made the team of Freedom Heating & Air to do fine tuning and now the system is working comfortably with very low noise, etc ."

"Excellent!!! The plumber was informative and so quick. He went over what he would need to do and how much it would cost. The person that took my appointment was also very courteous. They said between 8-10am and he was there at around 8:30am a lot sooner then expected. I really appreciate that as a single female he didn't ask personal questions, if I was married or what my husband, boyfriend or father could do to help me like other service people have from other companies."
