Howson Home Inspections, LLC is licensed in the state of Virginia, an ASHI associate member, and certified by AHIT, the leading Home Inspection Institute in America. Our inspector has a combined 10 years’ experience in the construction and home inspection industries. We serve the Roanoke and surrounding areas with flexible scheduling including weekends for your convenience. We take pride in delivering a comprehensive inspection and detailed online report based on the nationally recognized ASHI standards. A typical inspection takes about 2-3 hours, depending on the size of the home. As always, you are welcome to walk through the inspection with our professional and ask any questions you might have along the way. After the initial inspection, we will discuss our findings with you and provide a detailed report with all of our notes including recommendations for your home.

The report I was given was thorough and accurate. It was exactly what I needed to make an informed decision on the house I was purchasing. If not for them I would have missed a ton of things that needed to be done asap. I would have lost so much money after purchase. Also having the mold test and radon tests done gave me peace of mind. The house had mold! Glad I had it tested.

I was very impressed and pleased with Hawson Home Inspections. The inspection was thorough and he took his time to check everything. The report was informative and easy to understand. I appreciated Russell taking his time to explain things during the inspection and giving us a good summary at the end. We had the report less than 24 hrs after he finished. I would definitely recommend.
