He was scheduled to come on a different day, but his van broke down. We rescheduled...we were in no hurry and it worked out just fine.

Excellent job - I would rate an A++ if I could! All of my communication with this self-employee company were the best. We planned the appointment promptly. The appointment had to be postponed because of rain. This rearrangement was hassle free. Ronaldo, the company owner, called me two days in advance when rain was predicted. We agreed on a new date. He confirmed one day ahead of the new date. He arrived promptly on the day/time. DXG uses a machine that minimizes water usage, so the water supply needed is brought in their truck. All that is needed is an electric outlet. Ronaldo was extremely detail-oriented and thorough. My car is 10 years old, mostly garage-kept. The detailing - both inside and out - were of the highest quality. The shine was also a protective sealant. Ronaldo was very personable and interested in doing a professional job. I've already recommended his service to friends.

The service went fine. My husband also paid an additional fee to have them do some extra detailing. The staff was very nice and accommodating. They did a good job and we would not hesitate to use them again. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The wash and wax looks good and the inside was clean. For some reason, the trunk didn't get vacuumed out. I'd cleared it out so was disappointed to find they hadn't done it. Also, not all the door compartments got cleaned.

Ronaldo contacted me by e-mail the day I purchased the Angie's List coupon. I responded with information about when the car would be available and some possible dates to have the work done. I then received a phone call to schedule. Ronaldo arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began work immediately. He worked steadily for at least two hours (possibly more) and the results were very pleasing. The inside of the car was thoroughly vacuumed, and I do mean thoroughly. There was not a speck of anything to be seen which is amazing since we have dogs and live on a small farm. At the time of scheduling he had asked about spots and any areas that might need extra cleaning. The interior of the car was cleaned and treated. The windows and moon roof were spotless. I did not watch how he cleaned the exterior but it definitely turned out very clean and shiny and there was no residue or mess left on the driveway. The wheels have not been that clean since the car was new and the tires were treated. Overall it was an excellent job. Ronaldo was courteous and professional and very pleasant to deal with. He seems to be a young man willing to work hard to establish his business and understands that the customer must be happy. We are and will definitely use his service again. After several years of commercial car washes the car looks almost new again. It definitely needs this type of service periodically. We requested a few of his business cards and will recommended him to friends. You can't beat the convenience of having this service done in your own driveway.

I scheduled an Auto Detail for 10/23/14 with arrival from 11-1. Just before 11AM the owner called saying he was having car trouble. He said that he would be running late or may not be able to make the appointment at all. As of 10/28/14 I have not been contacted to reschedule, so I contacted AL and requested a refund. I understand that things happen, but failing to contact me to reschedule the appointment in almost a week, indicates a level of unreliability.

It went very well with a very dirty car. They also were able to make an appointment on short notice.

It went great. Scheduling was easy and he came out to my house two days after I contacted him. I liked that the technician was very cordial, and spent even more time making sure that the work was done properly. The car looked new and I will definitely use them in the future!

My experience was great! He was very good to work with . The day he was suppose to come, he contacted us letting it know it may rain but he could still come once it stops. I really liked that and my car looks great.

After 3 hours of cleaning, my one year old red Jeep looked brand new! DXG Custom Detailing did a terrific job polishing the exterior finish and the wheels, while the leather interior looked like new. All I had to do was to provide him with a power outlet. Service was professional in every way. I am very pleased with the results and will use DXG Custom Detailing again.

Purchased a Big Deal. Ronaldo did a great job. Spent a couple of hours working on my wife's car. She drives a lot for work her car sees a lot of dirt. It was showroom new when he was done. Prompt responses to emails and calls, professional demeanor and polite in person. Would use his services again.

I purchased a big deal on Angie's list that was half of the regular price. Renaldo arrived at the scheduled time. He worked for almost three hours washing, waxing, cleaning and polishing the interior, wheels and tires. The car looked beautiful, inside and out, when he finished and the wheels haven't looked as good since I purchased the car. Renaldo's work surpassed my expectations. I would use him in the future.

The business is mobile so I was able to be home with my son while we ate, played and napped without having to wait in a car wash or drop it off for hours. This service is so convenient! He is also the cheapest mobile detailer in the Washington, DC metro area. I've looked at other detailers and they do not provide the same quality, guarantees and professionalism as DXG Custom Detailing. I am absolutely thrilled to promote them.
