All of my communication with this self-employee company were the best. We planned the appointment promptly. The appointment had to be postponed because of rain. This rearrangement was hassle free. Ronaldo, the company owner, called me two days in advance when rain was predicted. We agreed on a new date. He confirmed one day ahead of the new date. He arrived promptly on the day/time.
DXG uses a machine that minimizes water usage, so the water supply needed is brought in their truck. All that is needed is an electric outlet. Ronaldo was extremely detail-oriented and thorough. My car is 10 years old, mostly garage-kept. The detailing - both inside and out - were of the highest quality. The shine was also a protective sealant. Ronaldo was very personable and interested in doing a professional job. I've already recommended his service to friends.
The wash and wax looks good and the inside was clean.
For some reason, the trunk didn't get vacuumed out. I'd cleared it out so was disappointed to find they hadn't done it. Also, not all the door compartments got cleaned.
