Premier came out and cleaned the windows as requested. After they left I noted some areas that seemed hazy on one side of the house. They returned to re-clean those windows in front of me (from the outside while I was inside), and it was clear that it wasn't their products nor cleaning ability but the age of the windows that had a haze that could not even be scraped off. Then they got straight to work, and finished up in 2.5 hours repairing over 20 spots throughout the house at the corners of doors and closets and on the steps where our cats had clawed the carpets over the years. The work was excellent and professional and the cost was exactly what they quoted over the phone with no surprises.
