"One Star – Poor Workmanship and Unprofessional Service Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. During the job, the crew severely cracked one of our concrete aprons—completely undermining the purpose of the work, as it created a spot where water now pools next to the house. Worse yet, the two-man team never informed me of the damage. I discovered it myself during a walk-through. When I contacted the office the same day, Briana seemed concerned and asked me to send a photo. I did—then heard nothing back for weeks. No updates, no plan to fix the issue—just a bill. I followed up by phone and asked to speak to a manager. No one ever came out or returned my call. Briana eventually left a voicemail, but when I called back, there was no willingness to discuss the problem or offer any resolution. Her tone was dismissive, and she did not come across as helpful or professional. In short, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional attitude led to a deeply frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company."

"Our front steps to our porch had seemed to settle, and there were cracks and gaps all over. Knowing we were going to have to rebuild them, we called VA Brick Dr first based on reviews. He even had us send him some pictures over text later in the day so he could start to give us an idea of what we were looking at. He came out the next day and examined our steps. He took a good long look at them and realized only one step had actually shifted, the rest of the steps and base were as they should be. He recommended only rebuilding the one step since everything else was measured correctly. Thrilled with that assessment, we had him do the work. I have no doubt other companies would have looked and just told us to rebuild the whole step structure, but he really took the time to make sure he gave us his honest opinion. About a month later he came and did the repair (weather kept delaying), and the end result came out better than we had hoped. He cleaned up the steps and joints all over, and looks good as new."
