"Just the nicest guy you could want to encounter. Very polite, positive, and "Can do" attitude. He found we needed a different mount for our new TV and went to purchase it. Came back mounted our TV and set it up for us. Worked well beyond his normal business hours, not willing to quit until the job was done. Removed old equipment and trash. I'd certainly hire him again and recommend him!"

"Our managed services provider IT firm received a massive opportunity to help a multinational media conglomerate complete an acquisition of a brand and its 200 employees. The only problem was that we needed to move those 200 people into an entire floor of a building in midtown manhattan - in a week. When I put the emergency call out to my network for who could help us on such short notice AND do an amazing job to ensure we look like superheroes to the client, I was referred to Ultimate Media. They acknowledged that the scenario was a tremendous challenge but that they were absolutely up to the task. They were able to rapidly perform discovery, analysis, quoting, recommendations, and scheduling, all while giving us the feeling that we struck gold with the universe pairing us with them for this project. Their team worked tirelessly to achieve the project goal, and didn't let the urgency cause the work quality to suffer at all. Our client has thanked us during every single conversation since the job completed because of the superb quality of the work and that we were able to come through for them in a time of need. Our company was also able to grow as a result of performing so well on this job, all thanks to Ultimate Media and their team. If you want to do the right thing for your business, working with these guys is the way to do it, because I feel more confident every single day knowing that if we need to call them in to perform their services for another client of ours, it's going to be an outstanding experience for all."

He’s very respectful and got my bookshelf built no problem, even when it didn’t include a manual and he only had a screen recording of the manual to go off of. He adapted to the video which was cool.
