"I hired them almost 3 weeks in advance. I texted Veronica the day before to confirm they were coming at 10:30 and she told me, YES! The next morning, they did not show. After 30 minutes I texted her without a response, and then I tried calling, and the phone wouldn't go through. I called many times and texted and finally 3 hours later, she texted me back that they got tied up on a big house. I had to start cleaning my new house by myself, which delayed us moving in. I am/was so DISAPPOINTED. She said she would be at my house at 2:30. I told her if not, to not bother coming. I would not have still let her come if I still didn't have 3 full baths to clean and a downstairs area. One thing, is they did a great job, second thing is, I will NEVER EVER HIRE THEM AGAIN!!! All she had to do was let me know they were running late, but not one word. "

"Greg was excellent in every aspect of the job. He told me up front what could be expected as he inspected the chimney and how much each iteration would cost if there was damage. He inspected the chimney top-to-bottom, took photos and clearly showed me what was wrong, how he would correct it, and the cost. He swept the chimney to remove creosote and ash and I readily agreed the evidence was there, so he proceeded to effect the repairs he suggested. "Hired Mark to clean dryer vents as we had a clog. He did state that it wasn't installed properly, with parts only held up with installation, and a couple sections come apart. There was a burning smell from my dryer, which never happened before, and he stated I needed to call an appliance repairman for that, but that the vents were fixed and clean from dryer to outside vent. (His website states you will receive before/after pictures, which I wasn't provided.) When my husband came home, he discovered there was good airflow coming from the dryer and no more burning smell (that was from the constant running with no airflow in the vent for the 1 1/2 hrs he was here). We looked in the vent from outside and saw a clogged vent. When I reached out to Mark to ask him to come back out, he canceled the appointment due to car trouble and stated he could come the following Monday. (I'd already been without my dryer for 3 weeks.) I told him about the clogged pipe and he responded by stating it wasn't his fault and that it was clean when he left, implying it was something I did. I hadn't touched the thing since he left. He said it could be because it wasn't installed right to begin with, but it has worked for over 6 years. He said I had to trust him that it was clean when he left. He never even thought to take responsibility for the job done. My husband took down the clogged section, that clearly hadn't been cleaned at all, cleaned it out and now it works perfectly. I sent pictures of the clogged pipe to Mark and he never responded. Not even to say sorry. The thing is, if he would have taken responsibility and not tried to blame the customer or make the number of excuses he did, I would have waited for him to return to finish the job and would have a left a glowing review."
