"Excellent communication & price, amazing work results, and they were open to added projects. We had our old driveway replaced with concrete, gutters repaired and cleaned, roof repair, shed door re-installed,indoor repairs including door knobs, stair railing and molding replaced and other small projects. They were very considerate in maintaining the aesthetic of our our historical home (plaster walls ,brass & crystal door knobs ,etc). These gentleman were efficient, on time, and very friendly. "I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. I received an estimate on the spot and was able to take my time to review and get back to them. We scheduled the work for May and was able to have 7 Windows removed and replaced in only a few hours. We are very impressed with the quick respond time, professionalism and quality of work including cleanup. We plan on using AJ to replace the remaining Windows as well as a sliding glass door in early 2016.

"Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.

"The windows were fine. They were a little high. I haven’t had any reason to call them. They have been calling me since they put me on their list. They want other projects. I told them to stop calling, they were calling 2 or 3 times a week. They showed up. They went to their sales pitch quite a bit. Punctuality - They were good on that too. The installers were good on professionalism. I might check with them, I’m not sure if I would use them or not. The price is a little too high. Less likely to use them at the moment. It took less than a day. Area looked very clean. They could lower the prices a little bit."
