We had our old driveway replaced with concrete, gutters repaired and cleaned, roof repair, shed door re-installed,indoor repairs including door knobs, stair railing and molding replaced and other small projects. They were very considerate in maintaining the aesthetic of our our historical home (plaster walls ,brass & crystal door knobs ,etc). These gentleman were efficient, on time, and very friendly. Prompt response to my original request. Prompt arrival for ALL subsequent visits - by the sales rep, 2 different measurement guys, and the installers.
We had a very tight schedule and they met it.
The installations were done beautifully.  I was personally home for the door installation (the windows were done on a separate day) and I can tell you that the two guys paid alot of attention to all the details, tested the door, cleaned the door, swept up after themselves, etc.  They were very courteous throughout.
I am SO happy with my new windows.  3 of them were straight-up replacements. And never have I had windows that slid up and down so well.  And the 4th was a replacement of my kitchen over-the-sink window with a window that cranks open.  It is lovely.  It is a huge window, but even my 9 year old can crank it open and closed.
I am already planning on calling them again for several more windows and would recommend them to anyone.

"Ferguson Home Improvements was very professional and on time when they did our tile work.  The technicians were very respectful and instructed us of everything they were going to do in there step by step process and made sure we approved everything before the began the work.  After the work was completed on-time and within budget they explained to us how to care for our new floor and made sure that our house was left they way it was when the arrived.  We received a call about a week later from the owner of Ferguson Home Improvements to make sure we were satisfied with the work.  All and all it was a great experience and we will use them in the future.

"The windows were fine. They were a little high. I haven’t had any reason to call them. They have been calling me since they put me on their list. They want other projects. I told them to stop calling, they were calling 2 or 3 times a week. They showed up. They went to their sales pitch quite a bit. Punctuality - They were good on that too. The installers were good on professionalism. I might check with them, I’m not sure if I would use them or not. The price is a little too high. Less likely to use them at the moment. It took less than a day. Area looked very clean. They could lower the prices a little bit."
