"Affordable pricing, crew (1 person) arrived on time as stated. Professional in manner. Did a great job."

"Roy was fantastic - more than 5 stars!! Scheduling was simplistic, he took the time to explain the process and educated us on putting the drain and overflow back together. Roy is so personable and kind, and greatly exceeded my expectations. I honestly thought the tub in our airBNB was not salvageable. It now looks brand new thanks to Roy! Many thanks Professional Glazing!"

"My husband and I are thrilled with our full kitchen remodel. Our new kitchen is beautiful. From the office staff to the crew everybody was very nice, and super helpful. The crew was always punctual. They were very hard workers, with an eye for design and true craftsmanship. Our new kitchen is stunning. We’re so glad we contacted Upgrade!!! out and called Upgrade Remodeling. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Great done vary great job on my water lines and Hooking up my washer and dryer"

"When the team came to work they did an excellent job. They were here on time. They were on time and he did not go one penny over the estimate although they did a little bit more work than we initially had talked about. When they were doing the painting they did an excellent job and cleaned up beautifully and if I had paid twice as much, I could not have gotten a better job, these guys are very very very good!"

"They are a nice provider. I talked to them on the phone for about 30 minutes and they sent some samples. We were able to get a discount on designer purchases but not useful on designing the space. Once we told them what we wanted, they were able to help purchase from the warehouse and save about $1,500. I think they became too busy with this big deal. You buy a ticket per room and we still actually have a couple left with this provider. After redesigning one room, we kind of ran out of steam and have not designed the other rooms. Overall this is a good service and it's a good concept. Whomever I spoke with, she was really nice. I would recommend this provider. This kind of service seems to be for people with time and knows exactly what they want. They are super helpful with the designer discount from the warehouse. They don't actual design your room which is slight flaw."

"We had our bathroom completely redone and couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The crew showed up on time every day, kept things clean, and paid attention to the small details. The tile work looks great, the fixtures are perfectly lined up, and everything feels solid and well-built. They finished close to the original schedule and kept us updated along the way. It’s rare to find contractors who communicate this well and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend."
