But then they called me back and told me they would charge 1/2. Ron was very professional and friendly. He was also efficient and sympathetic to my situation. I would recommend that you request the tech if given the choice. He even charged my $10 less than the 2nd quote of $60.00 so I wouldn't have to borrow it from my neighbor. "owner is a good guy and very nice. however, quality of the work was not up to par with where it should have been. it took much longer than expected and the helper was not much help. it seemed as well if the flooring installation was more than they were prepared to handle and that resulted in delays and poor installation. we were told that the regular floor guy was injured in a car crash a week prior so possibly things could have gone differently if he had been available. the price was favorable and I believe the owner really wants to do a great job, but this project was likely more than they should have agreed to take on and it is difficult to recommend them for any future floor installation projects."

If you’ve experienced multiple lockouts in the past year, or your lock is responding slower than usual after you key in the passcode, it might be time to upgrade to a newer one. Even if your lock is working fine, you should still change your access code at least twice a year.
