"I reached out due to a failed furnace and poor service through my home warranty company. Mr. Boggs came out to my home to take a look and give me an estimate. He was so kind and flexible with his time. After looking at my furnace he explained the options and even drew the system on a sketch pad so that I would understand what the plan was.
